"CHRISTMAS STORY"

The results of the next All-Russian competition of children's creativity, traditionally held by the Educational Center "Gallery of Projects" and the publishing house of the magazine "Kindergarten of the Future - Gallery of Creative Projects" on the eve of the New Year, have been summed up. The editors received wonderful drawings from contestants of different ages (from 3 to 11 years old). These were illustrations for New Year's, Christmas author's and Russian folk tales, illustrations for poems, films and cartoons of a fabulous New Year's theme. Thanks to all the participants, as well as teachers and parents who helped children to translate their creative ideas into original works and show their artistic talents!

The period from the Nativity of Christ to Baptism is called the Holy Days, or Christmas time. In fact, this is a continuation of the Feast of the Nativity, once these two events were celebrated simultaneously and were called Epiphany.

Christmas time in Russia was celebrated brightly and solemnly: everyone congratulated each other, glorified Christ, spent time in God-pleasing deeds - mercy and helping others. These days, everyone understood that the Lord had become closer to him...

According to the results of the evaluation of the competitive works of the Portal of the Educational Center "The Way of Knowledge", winners (I, II, III place in each nomination) and prize-winners (laureates, diplomats) will be determined. The Portal's decision is final and not subject to comment. The winners and prize-winners of the competition receive a personal Diploma as a final document. Participants who are not included in the number of winners receive a nominal Diploma of the participant as a final document.

Teachers, educators, parents, having paid their organizational fee, can receive their own nominal diploma for leadership in the performance of work.

General provisions:

Collectives and soloists of the instrumental genre, choreographic art (variety dance, modern choreography, folk stylization, folk dance, children's dance and other areas of choreography), soloists and vocal ensembles of the variety direction at the age of 5 to 25 years and older, representatives of the circus direction, fashion theaters, entertainers.

All soloists, duets, trios perform one piece. All collectives, orchestras, choirs perform two works.

Competitive performances are organized by the Organizing Committee according to the schedule.

The organizing committee prepares and conducts the festival.

The organizing committee approves the composition of the jury for each nomination, which is formed from the leading experts in culture and art of Russia. Representatives of the organizing committee are not members of the jury and do not participate in voting.

The microphones used during competitive auditions are tuned the same for all participants.

Numbers of all circus genres can take part in the festival. Numbers with the use of fire, glass, sharp piercing objects, as well as with the participation of animals are not allowed.

The circus group presents one composition lasting up to 10 minutes.

Evaluation Criteria: the level of training and performing skills, artistry, the complexity of the program being performed, the culture of performance, the artistic design of the performance.

CHILDREN'S THEATERS OF FASHION.

Fashion theaters, fashion schools and studios, educational institutions and factories, as well as other associations of modeling and designing clothes can take part in the competition.

They are not divided into age groups.

Participants demonstrate two diverse collections.

Criteria for evaluation: costume design (concept, aesthetics); the integrity of the composition, a single idea, the originality of the director's decision; consistency in style (costume, hairstyle, choreography, musical accompaniment); artistry of performance, plasticity and choreography, musical arrangement; accuracy and figurativeness of ways of expressing the idea of ​​the competitive work; unity of design, silhouette forms and color scheme; distribution of color and tone, spots and lines; artistic and technical level of sketches.

THEATER CREATIVITY.

Musical, dramatic, literary, plastic performances, puppet theater performances can be presented in the competition.

Participants present a free-form stage composition.

Stage equipment, technical equipment and decorations for the performances are provided by the groups themselves. Shows with mobile scenery are preferred. Time of installation and dismantling of scenery - 10 minutes.

Criteria for evaluation: originality of director's thinking; artistic and musical design of the performance; choice of repertoire; best acting portrayal.

DECORATIVE AND APPLIED CREATIVITY AND ART CRAFT.

Artistic embroidery, beadwork, macrame, straw weaving, floristry, salt dough products, etc.

Participants of the nomination submit no more than two works to the competition. The works submitted for the exhibition must be complete and neatly formatted, indicating: the title of the work, the full name of the author, age, the name of the institution, the full name of the teacher.

Criteria for evaluation: creative individuality, possession of the chosen technique, color ratios, artistic taste and originality in the use of material for the performance of works, the degree of the author's professional skills, the complexity of the work, the accuracy and quality of workmanship, the disclosure of the topic.

General requirements:

The organizing committee prepares and conducts the festival. The organizing committee approves the composition of the jury for each nomination, which is formed from the leading experts in culture and art of Russia. Representatives of the Organizing Committee are not members of the jury and do not participate in voting.

Rewarding:

The results of the competition are summed up by the decision of the jury and provide for the award of the title of the owner of the Grand Prix, three prizes - laureates (I, II, III degrees), diplomats of three degrees with the presentation of appropriate diplomas and special prizes in each nomination.

By decision of the jury, the Grand Prix may not be awarded. The winner of the Grand Prix is ​​awarded a special prize of the competition-festival. On the recommendation of the jury, the best performers can be awarded invitations to participate in other festival programs on preferential terms.

The jury does not take into account the material possibilities, social affiliation, nationality and location of the contestants - only creativity on absolutely equal terms, in accordance with this provision. The decision of the jury is final and not subject to discussion!

The jury does not have the right to disclose the results of the competition before the official announcement.

Participants are rewarded on the day of the Gala Concert. It is impossible to receive diplomas and awards before the official award day and after it! Cups and diplomas are not sent by mail!

The terms of participation:

In each nomination, one competitive number up to 4 minutes long is presented. Participants are given the opportunity to participate in three nominations.

To participate in the competition, you must submit an application through the online form on the website and pay for its registration before the deadline for accepting applications.

Applications close 7 days before the start of the competition. ATTENTION! The Organizing Committee may suspend the acceptance of applications until the specified deadline!

A preliminary application for accommodation (reservation of hotel rooms) should be submitted at least 30 days before arrival, the final confirmation of the application for accommodation (payment) - at least 30 days before arrival.

After registering the application, the Organizing Committee will be sent a list of the team in the form (data are required for all members of the delegation!)

It is necessary to have copies of birth certificates (passports) of all visitors.

Team leaders are responsible for the life and health of the participants, are responsible for the correct behavior of children and parents at the festival.

Travel of participants and delivery of scenery, equipment and tools is carried out at the expense of the participants of the competition. Participants perform with their own sets, costumes and props. The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited!

Parents of participants in groups and individual performers, when submitting an application, automatically confirm their consent to the participation of their child in competitive events up to 24 hours inclusive.

Gross violations resulting in injuries, damage to property and violations of the festival schedule entail a fine or removal of the participant from the competition.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes and additions to the conditions of the competition.

Travel expenses (travel, accommodation, meals) are paid by the sending party.

The organizing committee carries out a meeting of the team at the railway station (transport services are provided for groups of 15 people). The date of arrival must be notified at least 7 days before arrival (only in this case the transfer is guaranteed). Meeting (seeing off) at the airport of Kazan is carried out for an additional fee.

The Organizing Committee, at the request of the team, sends additional invitations to sponsors and other persons wishing to travel to the festival. When submitting an application, it is necessary to indicate that an invitation is required, and indicate the full name of the organization and the name of the director/sponsor to whom the invitation is being submitted.

Disabled children, orphans are accepted to participate without payment! (The number of places is limited). It is mandatory to indicate in the application that the participant belongs to the preferential category.

PAYMENT ORDER

After submitting the application, the participants receive an invoice for the payment of registration of the application. Registration is paid strictly before the end of applications and only to the current account. Further payments will be made minus the amount already paid.

For budgetary and departmental organizations payment of the remaining part of the cost is made to the settlement account of the Organizing Committee after the invoice is issued. The amount of 30% must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the competition (reservation of seats). In the column "Purpose of payment" it is obligatory to indicate the account number issued by the Organizing Committee of the festival. The remaining amount is transferred to the settlement account at the cash desk of the Organizing Committee no later than 5 days before the start of the event. Invoices are not issued at our festival, the original is offered - an invoice, a certificate of completion, a contract.

All documents with a blue seal must be submitted to the Organizing Committee upon arrival!!!

Private individuals pay the rest of the registration fee according to the receipt no later than 5 days before the start of the event. The original receipt must be presented at the time of registration of the participants. The application is finally registered after receiving a copy of the payment document confirming the payment.

In case of early arrival of participants or delay of participants after the festival, it is necessary to pay for meals and accommodation at the cash desk of the Organizing Committee immediately upon arrival at the festival. If the contestant refuses to participate for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the festival fee is not refundable. In case of refusal to participate in the festival-competition for valid reasons, the previously paid cost of the target fee is refunded minus the registration fee in the amount of 500 rubles per person (participant, leader, accompanying person).

The procedure for holding the Winter Tale 2018 contest is determined by these Regulations.

Categories of participants of the All-Russian distance competition "Winter's Tale 2018"

Adults and children living in Russia and studying in any Russian educational institutions are invited to participate in the All-Russian creative competition "Winter's Tale 2018". Librarians, methodologists, psychologists, teachers, students, preschoolers, parents, pupils, teachers of additional education, educators and other groups of people who want to show themselves when creating thematic creative works can become participants in the distance competition.

The competition "Winter's Tale 2018" provides works in the following age categories:

• preschoolers;
• primary school students (grades 1-4);
• secondary school students (grades 5 - 9);
• high school students (grades 10-11, students);
• teachers, educators

The works of participants will be evaluated separately by age categories.

Nominations of the works of the competition "Winter's Tale 2018"

You can send works that are copyrighted to the competition. The work must necessarily reveal the stated topic and meet the requirements for design. Works are presented in the following categories:

Participants of the competition can submit drawings that tell about winter and winter months, about holidays and their traditions, about entertainment and games that are organized in winter, about the life of animals and plants. The subject of creative works is almost limitless: we draw the beauty of winter.

General requirements for the content and design of competitive works

In the nomination "Drawing" works made in any technique (watercolor, pastel, oil, crayons, gouache, pencil drawing, mixed media) are provided. The format of the provided drawing is A3 - A4.

The participant provides a scanned or photographed drawing of good quality in .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .tif, .gif format, up to 5 MB.

Competitive drawings must be made carefully, their content must not contradict the legislation of our country. Works that do not correspond to the subject will not be accepted.

Evaluation of competitive works

Evaluation of competitive works is carried out by the site administration. Winners, laureates and participants are determined in each nomination and category separately. When evaluating work, the following is taken into account:

• compliance with the stated topic;
• completeness of the disclosure of the topic;
• content (volume of work, availability of applications);
• reliability of the information provided;
• design quality;
• literacy;
• originality;
• manifestation of creative individuality;
• the possibility of wide use of the material in the future.

The competition is held from 12/15/2017 to 02/15/2018.

Summing up the results of the competition 16.02. 2018 to 25.02.2018.

Awarding of the participants of the competition with 02/26/2018 to 03/05/2018.

Summing up the results of the competition "Winter Fairy Tale 2018"

In each nomination and age category, the winners, laureates and participants of the competition are determined separately. The winners of the All-Russian competition "Zimushka-winter" are awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The winners are those who sent good works, but they were not among the winners. All others are considered participants of the distance competition.

Registration fee for participation in the competition "Winter's Tale 2018"

The registration fee for participation in the competition is 200 rubles for each submitted work. In this case, your work will be published on the site and the participant will receive an electronic diploma confirming participation in the Winter Tale 2018 competition. If you need a paper diploma, which the organizing committee sends to your home address by Russian Post, the registration fee of 300 rubles (registered letter) is paid.

If you have paid the registration fee, you accept the terms of the offer agreement.

If you decide to participate in the Winter Tale 2018 drawing competition, you need to:

1. Make a drawing that will reveal the topic.
2. Correctly fill out the application form of the participant of the competition.
3. Pay the registration fee of 200 rubles or 300 rubles.

Send in one letter to [email protected] :

1. finished work (with all appendices, if necessary);
2. a completed application form (only in .doc format, a Word document);
3. a scanned copy of the payment document or a screenshot if the payment was made through the online form.

Important organizational points

The site administrator publishes all submitted works on the Classnye-chasy.ru portal with the indication of authorship.

The site administrator informs the participants about the receipt of the competitive work. If you haven't received an email within three days of submitting your work, please contact us to check if the work has been received.

The works received for the contest by the administrators are not edited, reviewed and are not returned back to the participants.

Substitution of works will not be made during the competition, proofread them before sending and carefully check the work of embedded videos, music, flash videos.

The site administrator does not enter into personal correspondence with the contestants. Only in case of emergency, we contact the authors of the competition work (the archive does not open, there are not enough documents).

Correctly indicate the return address and timely pick up letters with diplomas at your post office. After the expiration of the storage period, they are returned to our editorial office. The letter will be sent again at your expense!!!

The organizers of the competition reserve the right to slightly change the conditions and procedure for the competition.

If the package of documents is incomplete, the work does not participate in the competition and is not published on the site.

Awarding of winners and participants of the competition

All participants of the competition will receive electronic diplomas confirming their participation in the Winter Tale 2018 competition and the placement of their work in the media. Diplomas are in .pdf format. You can download the diplomas of the contest participants on the day the work is published on the site, and the diplomas of the winners only after summing up the results. Diplomas are on the portal Klassnye-chasy.ru on the pages of the nominations, where the lists of the participants of the competition are published (on the green arrow).

Participants and laureates of the competition, who paid the registration fee of 300 rubles, will be sent paper diplomas by Russian Post to the addresses indicated in the application. If the address was not specified in the application, the diploma will not be sent by mail! All diplomas are sent by registered mail. After sending the diploma, you will be informed of the postal number of the item so that you can track your letter on the Russian Post website.

Financing

All contributions received from the participants of the competition will be spent on the organization of the competition and the further development of the portal Klassnye-chasy.ru.
