COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ICT, LITERATURE

OGE in a foreign language (FL)

In order to optimize the time spent in the PES of participants in the OGE in FL, the DO decides on the choice of one of the schemes for organizing the exam for all participants in the OGE in FL:

conducting an exam in FL (simultaneously IF and the oral part (hereinafter referred to as UC) (section "Speaking") on one of the days provided for by the schedule;

- conducting an exam in FL (simultaneously IF and UC section "Speaking") on two days, provided for by the schedule;

- conducting the written part of the exam on one day, and the oral part (section "Speaking") - on another day, provided for by the schedule.

Conducting the OGE in FL in writing.

When conducting the OGE in a foreign language, the exam includes the section "Listening", all tasks for which are recorded on audio.

Audiences allocated for the section "Listening" are equipped with audio playback facilities.

To complete the tasks of the "Listening" section, technical specialists or organizers set up the audio playback tool so that it can be heard by all students. The audio recording is listened to by the students twice, after which they proceed to the implementation of the ER.

OGE in FL (section "Speaking").

Order-9 does not provide for the refusal of students to participate in the OGE in a foreign language (section "Speaking").

Passing the OGE in a foreign language implies the obligatory participation of students in the performance of written tasks, as well as tasks in the "Speaking" section.

When conducting the OGE in a foreign language (section "Speaking"), oral answers (hereinafter referred to as MA) to tasks are recorded on audio media.

Conducting the OGE in a foreign language (section "Speaking") includes the implementation of 3 tasks:

- reading aloud a short text (preparation time - 1.5 minutes, task completion time - 2 minutes);

– participation in a conditional dialogue-interrogation (questions of the dialogue are recorded on an audio carrier, the response time for each question is no more than 40 seconds);

- a monologue statement on a specific topic based on a plan (preparation time - 1.5 minutes, task completion time - 2 minutes).

The RO time is 15 minutes per respondent. Each subsequent task is executed after the completion of the previous task. All responses are audio-recorded.

The use of drafts by OGE participants in a foreign language (section "Speaking") is prohibited by Order-9.

For the oral part of the exams, two types of audiences are used:

– the training room, in which the participants are waiting for their turn to take the exam, fill in the registration fields BO-1, no additional equipment is required for the training rooms;

- the audience where the participants are instructed, KIM are issued, the participants transfer the number of the KIM to the corresponding field BO-1, in the audience the means of audio recording and playback of audio recordings must be prepared.

Technical specialists or organizers in the audience set up digital audio recording facilities for high-quality recording of the RO.

In the preparation and holding classrooms, there must be at least 2 organizers in each classroom. On the day of the UC exam, a technical specialist must be present at the PES.

No more than 25 students can be present in the training room at the same time (seating for two people per desk is allowed).

The responsible organizer in the preparation room and the responsible organizer in the holding room receive examination forms for the participants of the exam and IC with CMM, respectively, at the PES headquarters.

Issuance of examination forms to the first group of participants in the training room is carried out no earlier than 10.00 am on the day of the exam.

When a participant fills out the exam in the preparation room of the registration fields BO-1, the number of the audience and the number of the KIM are not indicated.

Students are invited to the audience to receive the task of UCH KIM and the subsequent recording of oral answers to the tasks of KIM.

Exam participants are escorted from the preparation room to the conducting room by the organizer outside the room.

Each group of participants enters the audience only after all participants from the previous group have completed the exam (it is recommended that a maximum of 4 OGE participants can pass through one workplace in the audience per day).

In the audience, the participant takes a workplace.

The organizer in this audience conducts briefings:

– on filling in the fields for the number of the audience of the holding and the number of the CIM;

- about the time to prepare and complete tasks.

The organizer also warns the participant that when performing task 2 (conditional dialogue-questioning), it is necessary to answer the question immediately after listening to it, then listen to the next question and answer. The participant should be informed that there is no time to prepare for answering the questions in task 2. Before starting to answer the questions, the participant pronounces the unique identification number of his work into the audio recording device in PR.

Before answering each task, the participant says the number of each task in PR.

After completing the 1st task, the organizer must turn on the playback of the audio recording of the 2nd task (conditional questioning dialogue).

The participant sequentially listens and answers each question in the audio recording, and then proceeds to prepare and complete the 3rd task.

After 15 minutes, the organizers in the audience announce the end of the exam and turn off the audio recording of the answer.

The organizer (technical specialist) saves the audio recording of the participant's response under a specific code - PES number_ audience number_unique identification number of the work .

The participant signs in the statement of the exam.

After all participants in the group in the holding room have completed their work, a new group of participants is invited to the holding room from the waiting room.

The organizers control the preparation time for tasks and control the time for completing tasks. If the preparation time for the task or the time for answering the task has expired, the organizer must inform the participant about this. The technical specialist or organizer gives the student to listen to the recording of his answer and make sure that it was produced without technical failures. If a technical failure occurred during the recording, the student is given the right to take the "Speaking" section again.

In the event of a technical failure of the equipment or the low quality of the audio recording of the response of the OGE participant in foreign language after completing the tasks of the “Speaking” section, the retake of the UCH exam is possible on the same day or at additional times set by the schedule.

At the end of the exam by all participants, audio recordings with answers are collected by a technical specialist in catalogs by the classroom and sent to the RCSI for examination of answers on a removable electronic medium.

OGE in physics

The OGE in physics includes an experimental task performed on real equipment.

The list of additional materials and equipment, the use of which is allowed at the OGE in physics, is approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science. A non-programmable calculator (hereinafter referred to as NPC) is used for each student and experimental equipment.

The exam is held in physics classrooms. If necessary, you can use other rooms that meet the requirements of safe work when performing experimental tasks of the ER. At the exam, there is a specialist in physics who conducts a safety briefing before the exam and monitors compliance with the rules of safe work while students work with laboratory equipment.

Sets of laboratory equipment for performing laboratory work are formed in advance, before the exam. For the preparation of laboratory equipment in the PES, one or two days before the exam, the numbers of the equipment sets that will be used in the exam are reported. The list of equipment sets for performing experimental tasks was compiled on the basis of standard sets for frontal work in physics, as well as on the basis of the GIA-laboratory sets.

In the absence of any devices and materials in the PES, the equipment can be replaced with a similar one with other characteristics. In order to ensure an objective assessment of the performance of laboratory work by the participants of the OGE in the event of replacing equipment with a similar one with other characteristics, it is necessary to bring to the attention of the PC experts who check the performance of tasks, a description of the characteristics of the equipment actually used in the exam.

The head of the PES / member of the SEC draws up an act on the replacement of equipment in a free form, the act is transferred together with the EM to the RCOI.

Items with RO are evaluated by two experts taking into account the correctness and completeness of the answer.

OGE in Literature

When completing the tasks of both parts of the ER, the examinee has the right to use the full texts of works of art, as well as collections of lyrics.

Fiction texts are not provided individually to each examinee. Examinees, as necessary, work with texts at separate tables, on which the necessary books are located. When conducting the exam, it is necessary to prepare books in several copies for each audience (depending on the content). Books should be prepared in such a way that the examinee does not have the opportunity to work with comments and introductory articles to literary texts. The examiner must ensure equal access to literary texts for all participants in the exam.
