II. Job Responsibilities

Head of transport service:

  1. Develops annual, quarterly, monthly and operational schedules of transportation based on plans for obtaining materials, raw materials and shipment of finished products, production plans.
  2. Organizes and implements centralized interorganizational and intraorganizational transportation.
  3. Determines the need and makes calculations for the vehicles necessary for the organization, handling equipment, repair equipment, spare parts.
  4. Manages the transfer of material resources to the warehouses of the organization and the transfer of finished products to the warehouses of buyers.
  5. Provides control over the rational use of vehicles in accordance with the established norms of their carrying capacity and capacity.
  6. Organizes reference and information work in the service on incoming and outgoing goods, delivery times, conditions of transportation and other issues of transportation, loading and unloading and commercial operations.

III. Rights

The head of the transport service has the right:

IV. Responsibility

The head of the transport service is responsible for:

  1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
