Competition procedure

The competition runs from January to December and consists of three rounds and the final . Each tour consists of three tasks:

Task 1 "Labor legislation";

Task 2 "Personnel office work";

In October every year, on the 12th, an important holiday is celebrated, the Day of the Personnel Officer. It is known that personnel bodies began to exist on the territory of Russia as early as 1918. The work of such bodies was initiated by the instruction "On the organization of the workers' and peasants' militia." For the first time, the bodies began their work after the signing of this instruction. First of all, they played an important role for the internal affairs apparatus.
The personnel officers of the internal affairs bodies took the initiative to celebrate the professional day. Time passed, and the tradition of celebrating the Day of the personnel officer spread to other personnel apparatuses, in other areas.

Many argue about what day the holiday should be celebrated on, because there are several more modern date options that are associated with labor laws, reforms, and regulation of the work of personnel departments. But no matter how much people argue, this holiday, one way or another, remains important for everyone. It is held by the employees of the personnel department together, paying a lot of attention to games and competitions, as a way to have fun, relax and get to know your colleagues better in an informal setting.

To give the most good mood employees need to reinforce a true sense of closeness and solidarity. This certainly applies to all successful companies. Building a team spirit is important to unite employees and increase their morale. AND, team games on a professional holiday is the best way to make employees not only have fun, but also remember how important it is to work harmoniously.

"Guess who"
Everyone writes their name on a piece of paper and throws it into a large vessel. The leaves, after they have been mixed, are sorted out by employees. Each must have the name of another person. The group of people is divided into two teams. Each in turn tries to portray as realistically as possible the person whose name is written on his piece of paper. The opposing team must guess. The one that guesses the most people wins.

"What's on your table"
Each team member brings one item from their table. The element will be their product and that they must come up with a funny name, logo, slogan and marketing plan for this object in a given amount of time. This can be done individually or in small groups if needed. The person with the funniest presentation wins. The game allows for a moment of personnel officers to try themselves in the role of a super resourceful marketer. Why not?

The game of laughter
Ask everyone to stand in a circle. Each player takes turns telling a joke or doing something funny. Anyone who starts laughing gets knocked out. Keep playing until there is only one person left who will be the winner.

"Guess the Song"
As the name implies, this game is dedicated to songs. A song from any chosen genre is sung by one member of the team within the first five seconds. Anyone who knows what song it is calls out the name.

"Improvisation"
This game is a great way to get everyone involved in a relaxing, fun game. Divide participants into teams (8 or less). Give each team a set of six random objects and give them five minutes to come up with a two to three minute story that mentions all the objects provided. You can let the groups choose their theme, or you can let them choose their own theme. At the end of the event, ask everyone to vote for their favorite story.

Game "Statue"
In this game, one person counts as a statue. At a certain moment at the scheduled time, this person turns into a statue, stops any movement. When people start noticing, they also become statues. The last one to notice the statue is out of the game. You can freeze at any moment, in the middle of a conversation, any other action. A great way to test your attentiveness and a wonderful way to have fun with colleagues on HR Day.

"Guess What Movie"
Cut out a list of several movie titles and shuffle them. Then choose the first pair to start the game. They take the paper and imitate the scene of the film written on the note, silently, without words or sound. Everyone else has to guess the name of the movie. Then the winner chooses a partner and pulls a leaf with the recorded name of the film, depicts it. And so on. The game ends when all contestants have taken the opportunity to present the film.
Chair play
Yes, we've all played this game in kindergarten but it doesn't really go out of style, does it?

"Treasure Hunt"
Who doesn't love treasure hunting? This game will appeal to all employees of the personnel department, regardless of their age. The leader of the group, usually the head of the department, hides a conditional treasure, perhaps a nice gift in the form of a bottle of champagne or a box of chocolates. To make the game more interesting, clues in the form of riddles are left around the perimeter. Break employees into teams and let them feel like treasure hunters.

"Name this employee"
Divide your staff into teams and place the names of each employee, written down on slips of paper, in a hat. Each team should take turns pulling out a name and using words to describe that particular employee and get others to guess that person's name.

"Survival game"
Everyone receives a piece of paper, the paper says "Y" (for the killer), the other - "D" (detective). The rest are marked with the sign "Zh" (victim). The detective must find the killer who kills his victim with a wink. Victims must die, that is, discard cards as soon as they notice a wink in their direction. The game ends when the killer is found.

"Blind Drawing"
The group of people is divided into two teams. Let everyone sit with their backs to the other team. One will have a photograph, a picture, the other will have blank paper and a pen. The person with the picture should not show it to their partner. Instead, the image should be described without using the words that describe it, and the teammate should draw what is being described.

"Finding the Lost Things"
On a piece of paper they write down all the things without which a personnel officer cannot work. They should be easy to hide. Everyone works in pairs to find all the missing items listed on the list that are necessary for work as quickly as possible. Set a distance limit. Then set a time limit and announce the start. The winner is the fastest team that collected things from the list the fastest.

"Tug of War"
Personnel officers who are tired of the office and want to spend time actively and have fun will not do without this game. Divide all employees into 2 groups. Have each group hold one end of a long, strong rope. Both groups will have to pull the rope from their sides. The team that is pulled over the control line will lose the game. The winners get a prize, but you should also take care of a consolation prize for the loser.

"What is this strange thing?"
Place various items in a bowl. You can choose the most unusual objects, slippery toys or other strange objects. The blindfolded participants will need to feel for and identify the item they pulled out of the bowl.

"Opposites"
The goal of this game is to do the opposite of what the host says. For example, he says “go”, then the participants in the game should stand still, or the leader says “sit down”, everyone should stand up. Anyone who does not do the opposite is out. The last player wins.

"Game of Opportunities"
This game will not take much time, but it will bring a lot of fun to everyone who decides to play it. Two or more small teams can participate in the game. Required Tools: any random objects. This is a really fun game where the water team member is given a random object. One by one, people with objects should appear before the team and show how this or that object is used. The rest of the team must guess what the player is showing. The person cannot describe the action in words or sounds, their gestures must be interesting, but still allowing everyone to guess what is being depicted.

"The Human Knot"
One of the most fun games, which is ideal for celebrating the Day of the personnel officer. From 8 to 20 people can participate in the game. Everyone stands in a circle, shoulder to shoulder. The facilitator asks the participants to extend one hand and take the hand of another participant at random. Then you need to turn to the players, asking them to stretch out their left hand and again randomly grab the hand of someone nearby. For a certain, predetermined time, the group needs to unravel the knot without releasing their hands. If the team is large, you need to break it into a couple of small groups.
In fact, this game will largely allow you to laugh and break your head, as well as to establish communication, team spirit. It will also make for a great fun story that every HR person will love to revisit in their minds.
