Through trial and error, however, he managed to achieve the desired result. In general, he fulfilled his task, to be honest, I was very worried. But it was in vain.

We also had to work

Next, we began to pull the drill cover. First, a rope was wound around the roof of the structure so that the drill cover did not sag, and they began to tighten and fix it with metal screws to the structure itself using a screwdriver.

Next, we bought an aluminum profile and made skis of a design so that it could be easily put forward and placed in place by one person.The welder also made legs that stuck into the structure so that it would stand evenly and correctly in place.

Since I collected rifles, I had enough of them, so we decided to open on the same day, having gone and bought pneumatic bullets.

I decided to work myself in the evening and see what I invested my money in.

During the evening, we managed to earn more than 2,000 rubles in just a couple of hours, and this was very pleasing.

Immediately I saw the flaws in our case

Our rifles were not fixed in any way, and therefore we bought the usual thinnest cable, latch and carabiner in a hardware store, with the help of which we fixed the rifles to the tabletop without any problems. To be honest, my head was spinning, I learned so many new things, there were many passers-by who stopped to get worn out and give their recommendations regarding our shooting range.

It's time to hire the first employee

After working for a couple of days, I realized that I needed to free up my time and improve the shooting range, so Avito posted an ad on the website that a young, energetic worker was needed to work in the summer shooting range. There were few applicants, however, they still managed to find a suitable candidate for the job. After a little briefing and bringing him up to date, he replaced me and began to work.

I continued to improve the shooting gallery. First of all, I painted our entire homemade structure blue. My rifle was used, so it quickly broke down. On the Kvintor.ru website, I ordered new rifles, bullets and a shooting range module (many different targets for shooting ranges).

Every day the shooting gallery brought 4-5 thousand, but we wanted more.

Creation of the prize attraction "Bust the balloon"

However, one single shooting gallery did not bring much money, and we decided to put the prize attraction “Ball Burst” next to it.

My partner found a picture on the Internet, according to which we began to make a simple structure of the attraction ourselves. This required ordinary boards 2 mm thick., 150 mm wide. We calculated how many boards we would need and bought them at a hardware store. Further in the garage, we cut the required number of jumpers and began to assemble the attraction using nails, a hammer, screws and a screwdriver.

After a bit of conjuration, our attraction was ready, and we took it to our point. Along the way, we bought darts, balloons and prizes: champagne and teddy musical bears. The employee was explained what to give prizes for, and what distance should be to the attraction.To be honest, we ourselves tested it at the beginning and came to the conclusion that for adults there should be at least 6 meters to the attraction, and for children 4 meters.

Now the final profit consisted of 2 points - a shooting range and an attraction. It has almost doubled in size.

And now the traditional festival was approaching, there were already 2 points, but we did not stop and decided to simultaneously launch the trade in street balloons, since I bought foil and latex balloons for this business on the St. Petersburg website in advance. It was only necessary to find a helium tank.

Where helium cylinders are filled, it could be rented, but this pleasure cost 15,000 rubles, and there was no guarantee that we would do this. So my partner, who had different connections, found someone with a balloon. He took it just to use it, we just needed to fill it with helium. I do not remember exactly how much it cost, I think about 5000 r.

So, everything was ready for the street trade in balloons, and I posted an ad on Avito looking for a new employee.

For work, I took the first girl I came across, whom I paid 100 rubles from the sale of each balloon, she walked with her mother and a small child in a stroller and brought us profit.

We inflated the balloons in the garage, because there was nowhere to store the balloon, and the responsibility for it was great, because the balloon was someone else's, they would suddenly steal it, and it costs 15,000 rubles. Therefore, from the garage we carried the balls by car.

The guy perked up and immediately started calling somewhere, calling friends ... Yes, we bought beer and brought a dummy guy to whom I gave money, about 1000 rubles.

I photographed the money in advance (serial numbers), in general, the task of the mummer was to lose all the money ... And I watched what was happening from a nearby cafe, ate ice cream and wrote down the approximate number of random passers-by and the approximate amount of money that our animator should have had.

In general, our mummer lost all the money, I finished my ice cream, and it was time for a tough check! We appeared unexpectedly, there was fear in the guy's eyes, I took all the money and started counting, and something was missing ... Then I started checking the numbers on the photo and banknotes that I took from the employee.

Everything was exactly as we expected. The guy stole only 100 rubles, but it was a test for lice. I won’t go into detail under what pressure we found out!

In general, we kicked him out in disgrace, and in his place we took a Kyrgyz, who in the meantime was selling balloons. He saw everything that was happening, and he was afraid to steal money in order to lose his job. I was not mistaken in the guy, he worked with us for several years, until he was taken to the army.

Unfortunate incident with the workers on the attraction

It is impossible to control the flow of cash in this case, and everything relies on chance, as in another scam that was pulled by my employees who worked on the attraction in the square.

I won’t tell you for a long time and in detail, but I’ll only say that at one fine moment I came to the square and saw that a young couple with a child was sitting next to my attraction, who was playing with my teddy bear, and winning it is very difficult, almost impossible! Not only that, the man, along with his friend, drinks my champagne, which is also impossible to win.

Fortunately, their companion was a girl, my neighbor, whom I knew very well. I approached and found out that they paid 1000 r. and immediately bought 2 of my prizes without playing. Well, of course, I gave lyuli to my employees ...

I managed to organize this business at the age of 25. Many of my friends came up and expressed their opinions about my shooting gallery. Most of them liked the idea. In this case, the employee called me right away, I came and said that all the documents were in order. But before that it did not reach, everything was decided by phone with the help of connections.

After a few years, people lost interest in our entertainment

In general, the idea turned out to be quite successful, the money invested returned very quickly, because. entertainment in the city was completely new. At first, there were a lot of people who wanted to shoot and leave the darts, many played 5-6 times to win a toy for the girl, but, as a rule, the prize remained with us.Over time, after a few years, people lost interest in our entertainment, and the business began to bring less and less money.
