Delivery methods from eBay: choose the best option.

Cash transactions

As you know, eBay is a platform where thousands of sellers independently set the price of their goods, and also decide what type of delivery to offer to their customers. If you shop on eBay often, you've probably already noticed that one part of the sellers

They offer delivery via United States Post Service (USPS). “US Post” is a good option if you live in France or Canada. But when sending parcels to Russia, US Post transfers your purchases to Russian Post for delivery within the Russian Federation.

What is eBay's Global Shipping Program? Another part of the sellers

, much smaller (we will tell you why now), establish default delivery through the Global Shipping Program (or GSP). This is a joint brainchild of eBay and the large American transport company Pitney Bowes, who in 2013 decided to launch an alternative to the postal channel. The start of the program was colored by a surge of indignation among sellers, because... GSP initially tried to “impose on top”, depriving sellers of the choice of which delivery method to indicate in their lots. But later, under the influence of complaints, the program was rolled back and participation in it was made optional. Why didn't sellers like GSP? Firstly, it turned out to be more expensive than the postal channel. For example, delivery of this iPhone 6S will be as much as $76 ( instead of the $10 we offer

), and secondly, the delivery speed was lower than expected. First, the parcels must be delivered by “ground” to the Pitney Bowes warehouse in Kentucky, and from there, after the shipment is complete, they go abroad to Pitney Bowes’ foreign partners. Delays occurred both in Kentucky and on routes from the United States abroad. The most interesting thing is that buyer disputes opened due to non-delivery of goods sent via GSP no longer affect the seller’s rating! That is, responsibility was removed from the sellers and no one else. in fact, they didn’t shift it.

Why delivery via US Postal Service - Russian Post is not the best choice First of all, because delivery is via “US Post – Russian Post” expensive

a) Express Int’l Shipping is a fairly fast and convenient method, but very expensive. Shipping costs start at $60.95 for the first pound of weight. In addition, once parcels arrive in Russia, they are transferred to EMS couriers. Google “EMS courier reviews” for your city before choosing this type of delivery.

b) Priority Int’l Shipping – a little slower, but also unreasonably expensive (from $42.75 for the first pound). The parcel arrives at the nearest Russian Post office, and you receive a receipt in your mailbox stating that you need to pick up the parcel yourself. The time frame is from two weeks. If not for the price, then the option is not bad, because... no need to chase the “EMS courier” around the city.

c) Economy Int’l Shipping is a cheap (and often subsidized by the seller), but very slow delivery method. Cost starts from $22, and weight is limited to 2 kg. The timing is also not very good - the parcel takes 1-2 months to Russia. But the main inconvenience is that the seller, in most cases, does not provide you with a tracking number. And if it does, then the parcel is no longer tracked after it leaves the United States. This is due to the fact that parcels, or rather small packages (maximum weight is limited to 2 kg) are delivered to Russia in huge bags, i.e. “in bulk” and the Russian Post (which does the “last mile”) does not scan each individual barcode. As a result, according to eBay rules, in the event of a parcel being lost, the buyer will need to open a dispute, the consideration of which usually takes one and a half to two months.

Another feature of the “US Post – Russian Post” channel is the inability to independently control the entire progress of delivery to your home. If the package is delayed or lost, you will be asked to send a claim to the Post Office and open a dispute on Ebay. But you need your newly purchased $800 laptop, not an open dispute with an unclear timeline for a solution!

We continue to discuss the features of purchases on the American online auction eBay.

In this part, we will discuss eBay shipping times and costs in detail. And also what to do if the goods did not arrive, or they were delivered, but did not correspond to the description. How to get your money back and resolve all disputes with the seller or the selected delivery service.

On December 21, 2012, I ordered and paid for four lots. What came of it, and whether they reached me safe and sound, you can find out by reading the article to the end.

Delivery from eBay methods, terms and costs

To begin with, let’s determine that eBay has lots with paid and free shipping. Therefore, the answer to the question how much does shipping cost from eBay? There can be a variety of numbers from zero to $XXX. The cost of paid delivery depends on the size of the product and its weight, as well as on the location of the sender and recipient. Sometimes it is cheaper to choose an item with paid delivery and pay for it, especially for expensive items.

But I immediately select products with free delivery, it’s more convenient for me. All payments are immediately included in the final price. And I know how to wait :-). Free delivery from China usually takes the slowest route through Russian Post. Delivery abroad is carried out by China Post or HongKong Post, I did not notice much difference between them.

Some time ago, eBay introduced rules according to which the auction commission is taken from the entire cost of the lot, including delivery. Now it is more profitable for sellers to offer free shipping, whereas previously there were many options in which the cost of delivery was higher than the cost of the item itself. There are still similar cases now. They put a very low price on an item with paid delivery to attract attention. Then you look at the total cost of the lot and see that you can find a cheaper option with free shipping.

There are delivery options by any international courier service DHL, FedEx, etc. In Russia, postal items with courier delivery can be serviced by the EMS department of the Russian Post.

Delivery conditions and terms are briefly indicated in the lot card.

As you can see, there are lots that are not delivered to the Russian Federation (A), but it is still worth clarifying the possibility of delivering the lot to Russia from the seller through the personal message system on eBay. Worldwide delivery is Worldwide (b), but also need to look at exceptions ( Exclusions).

There are now many intermediary sites on the Internet, with the help of which you can buy goods even from those sellers who do not send their lots to Russia. They pick up the parcel in the country to which the seller can send the goods and forward it to you themselves; additionally, they can provide services for checking the completeness, combined delivery and packaging of your purchases. But you will have to pay a hefty commission for this. It makes sense to use the services of intermediaries if you are ordering an expensive and valuable product.

Free shipping is indicated by the word “ FREE" Instead of a specific delivery method, they often write economy shipping or standard shipping, which in most cases means regular mail.

Detailed information about delivery methods, costs and terms can be found on the “Shipping and payments” tab, which also describes the conditions for returning goods ( Returns) or money (Refund).

In Russia Shipping from eBay takes 30 to 45 business days. And if you count weekends, it’s about 4-6 weeks. You'll have to be patient. From my personal experience, the fastest parcel came to me in 3 weeks, and the slowest in 3 months.

Combined shipping c eBay is usually not carried out, since the sellers are all different, and they may live in different countries. But you can ask for a shipping discount and combine multiple purchases from the same store from the same seller via private messages.

All goods from abroad pass customs control. Customs has its own restrictions. The cost of the goods should not exceed $1000 - this amount is per person per month. Anything above is subject to a 30% duty. Also, a duty may be imposed on a batch of similar goods, considering them a commercial supply. The weight limit is 31 kg, excess is also paid.

The cost is determined by the accompanying document (invoice). You can ask the seller to lower the purchase price, but he most likely will not agree to this. Since the parcel is usually insured, and the seller may lose money if the price is lowered if the shipment does not reach the addressee. Also, a customs inspector can conduct an additional check and open the parcel, and then determine its real value. In this case, the assessment will most likely be made at Russian prices.

Among other things, weapons and their components, fuel, explosives and other dangerous substances, drugs, etc. are prohibited for shipment to Russia and within Russia.

How to track a parcel from ebay? You can request a special tracking number from the seller (21) — the identifier of the postal item, by which you can see the location of your parcel on the Russian Post website. But sellers usually do not assign a tracking number to cheap lots (22) , so in this case it will not be possible to track the parcel. Pay attention to the phone number and website address of the Russian Post, which I have circled in red. On the website you can see where your parcel is currently located using the track number. And by calling a toll-free phone number you can clarify the fate of your shipment if you do not have access to the Internet.

The item is moved to the shopping list, where you can see a series of icons (24) : the product has been paid for, the product has been shipped, a review has been left, a review has been received, etc. If the icon is gray, then the action has not been completed yet. Items typically take 1-3 business days to pack and ship.

What should I do if my order from eBay has not arrived?

You are covered by a buyer protection program, even two, in eBay and PayPal. In eBay, refunds are made in the form of coupons for purchases at the auction itself, and in PayPal to your card attached to your account. It is usually advised to open a dispute with PayPal, since they transfer money to the card and work faster than their colleagues from eBay. But you shouldn’t rush to make a claim; first you should contact the seller with the problem via Ask a question (25) on eBay. Usually sellers value their reputation and try to resolve the issue peacefully. Either they issue a refund or send the product again. A dispute should be opened approximately on the 42-43rd day (these are general days, not just working days); if the goods arrive, you can close it within 20 days. If the problem cannot be resolved within 20 days, then at this time you can convert the dispute into a claim, then the payment system employees will look into the issue. When opening a dispute before the goods have arrived, it is advisable for the seller to inform you of your position that you do not want to lose the opportunity to write a claim. In any case, notification of an open dispute will be sent to the seller automatically. All correspondence should be conducted only through the eBay or PayPal interfaces, so that later, when the dispute is referred to specialists, you can provide evidence that you tried to peacefully resolve the issue with the seller.

If you wrote a complaint, and the author refunded your money, but the goods still arrived, then have a conscience and do not disgrace your fellow citizens, pay for the purchase again. The same should be done if you received two lots at once upon re-shipment. It is necessary to respect the auction participants; no one is immune from some misunderstandings, especially if they are related to postal shipments.

When you ask a question to the seller, give him 1-3 days to answer. It is necessary to take into account the time difference, working days and weekends, working hours. eBay sellers are also people with their own natural needs and concerns.

How to receive a parcel from eBay by mail?

When the package arrives at your local post office, you will receive a notification. With it you can come to the post office and pick up the parcel. For receiving the parcel you don't pay anything, delivery has already been paid by the seller, you only need to present your passport and notice. You can ask to weigh the parcel; if the weight does not correspond to the contents or there is external damage, then you can open the parcel in the presence of postal employees and ask to draw up an appropriate report.

If it turns out that the received product does not correspond to the description or has defects that appeared due to the fault of the seller, then you can open a corresponding dispute, but before that you can write to the author in private messages to try to peacefully resolve the controversial issue. Typically, sellers accommodate and issue a partial or full refund for low-cost items. You may be asked to send back more expensive goods; the return conditions will most likely state that you must pay for the shipping yourself. In this case, still try to ask the seller to pay for sending a low-quality product. The time frame for a refund after the seller receives the item may vary, but usually it is about 14 days. And in the screenshot above you can see the period of 60 days.

Personal experience of buying goods on eBay

On December 21, 2012, I bought 4 lots on eBay ranging from $1 to $9. After 42-43 days, none of them came. Meanwhile, the period for opening a dispute (45 days) was ending. I wrote a letter to the sellers asking them to suggest solutions to the problem.

I have not received the lot.
Have you sent it?
Do you have any Tracing number or receipt?
What are your suggestions to resolve the issue?

Actually, this was a test of the adequacy and efficiency of the sellers. I received a quick response from all 4 with various suggestions and explanations. Someone offered to return the money, someone referred to the delivery conditions, according to which 45 working days were allocated. I did not open disputes, I wrote that I was ready to wait another 1-2 weeks and hoped for their honesty and responsibility in organizing their business.

During the week, I just received two notifications about parcels, around February 5-6. A USB card reader and a solar-powered phone charger arrived.

How are eBay packages packaged?

The charger came from China, was packed in a postal bag, covered with bubble wrap on the inside.

The charger itself and its accessories were located in a separate box.

The card reader was packed in a paper bag and wrapped in bubble wrap.

But for an Enterprising Person everything cannot go smoothly and without incident, right?

What should I do if an item from eBay arrived incomplete or damaged?

If the deadline has not passed, you need to open a dispute. But in any case, try to contact the seller and find a mutually beneficial solution. The seller will most likely accommodate you, especially if 60 days have not passed since the date of purchase, during which you can leave feedback about the seller and the quality of his work.

In my case, out of five universal adapters from charging to different phone models, two were the same, and one of them had insulation damage. I took a photo of the problematic parts and wrote a message to the seller asking for options to resolve the issue. The seller responded to me and offered to make a partial refund, since sending the item back would not be profitable for me. I agreed to this decision, especially since the amount offered was enough to purchase a new separate cable with a universal set of adapters.

But the adventures of the lots I ordered did not end there. After 1-2 weeks, the third lot arrived - a universal cable for charging various phone models, which I ordered for a friend of mine. By the way, I only bought the cable, and it came complete with a car charger, which undoubtedly pleased me :-). These are the kind of surprises that happen, all for us, dear customers.

What about the fourth lot? But it has not yet reached me. At the beginning of March, I lost all hope of receiving the parcel and asked the seller to issue a refund, which he agreed to without any additional questions. There is still a certain culture of communication on eBay. The refund was issued within 1-2 days to my PayPal account. And I re-ordered a similar lot, but from a different seller, since the price of the first one almost doubled during this time.

The overall result of my experimental purchase of four lots on eBay. Two of them arrived normally, the third was slightly defective, and the fourth got lost on the way. But for all the troubles and torments of waiting, compensation payments were made to me. In general, I am pleased with the work of the eBay auction and intend to make purchases on it in the future.
So I continue my eBay shopping!
A miracle happened, and the fourth lot finally reached me exactly 3 months after ordering (December 21 - March 21). And the main joke is that two days before, a similar product arrived from a repeat order. I received a refund for the 4th lot; now, according to the rules of good manners, it should be returned back to the seller. I made a refund, but this case requires a description in a separate article.

There is a lot of criticism on the Internet about Russian Post, but in my case the service was high-quality, despite the long delivery times. The workers at the local post office were smiling and friendly. And this is with such a meager salary that they are paid!

Enjoy the shopping! Be mutually polite! And people themselves will be drawn to you!

And now comes the most awaited moment - receiving goods from Ebay.

First of all, after the Seller has received money for the lot and delivery, ask him to send the postal identifier of the parcel and its exact weight. Ideally, you need him to scan the parcel receipt and send it to you electronically. In principle, this is an unspoken rule of the eBay auction, but it is worth reminding about it in order to avoid any incidents upon receipt. You will need an identifier - tracking number - to track the path of the parcel. And its exact weight is to make sure upon receipt that the parcel arrived to you in its original form.

There are two ways to receive your parcel. The first is to use government delivery services, the second is commercial express services.

Government services

State delivery services are the most acceptable option, because although they take longer, they are cheaper, and the attitude towards them at customs is much better.

EMS (Express Mail Service) is a service that provides parcel delivery services, operating in more than 200 countries around the world. Knowing the tracking number of your parcel, you can track its path by going to the website of the sender's country. You can also see the shipping cost here. It happens that the Seller deliberately inflates delivery, in which case we send him a link to the page where the real price is indicated.

EMS automatically insures shipments for $100. If you think that you need more expensive insurance, inform the Seller about this, he will include the required amount in the invoice.

In Russia, this system operates under the auspices of Russian Post - EMS Russian Post. There are more than 40 thousand such post offices in the country.

Also, the system is considered a courier system, that is, the parcel will be delivered directly to your home. Very comfortably.

USPS

USPS (United States Postal Service) - American postal service.

Express Mail

This non-government delivery services Accordingly, the cost of using their services is higher than that of government postal services. The main advantage is the speed of sending, which in Russia often comes to naught. Since the parcel actually arrives in the country in a matter of days, such delivery is not possible to all cities in Russia, and the limit on the cost of the parcel is often limited to $100-200.

Services: FedEx, DHL, Cargo, UPS, TNT.

Customs

The main activity of the customs service is to review all postal items incoming and outgoing from the country, and check their contents for compliance with the law. Each country has an impressive list of what can be imported or exported and what cannot. Also, the duties of the customs service include checking postal items for the need to impose duties - taxes. Parcels worth up to 500 euros and weighing up to 31 kilograms per calendar month are not subject to customs duties. If its value is higher, you will receive a notification in your mailbox that you need to go to your regional customs warehouse and pay a duty. The duty is paid only in the country of the addressee. That is, let’s say you receive goods from the USA, but pay tax in Russia. The duty price is usually not indicated in the invoice. Usually, the cost of the parcel is indicated by the sender, that is, the Seller of the goods, by filling out the column "Assessed value". Newcomers often ask: “What if I ask the sender to lower the cost of the goods, and thus be able to avoid paying duty.” However, that is why the customs service exists, so that if it does not agree with the specified price, it can determine the cost of the parcel independently. The customs officer has the right to do this even if the Seller forgot to enter the amount in the required field, or wrote that the parcel being sent is a Gift. As a rule, this entails an increase in customs duties and a significant delay in clearance.

All of the above applies only to those goods that are received by individuals for personal, non-commercial use. Customs determines these goods based on several factors:

Properties of goods and their practice of use in everyday life;

The number of similar goods in one parcel. If there are several things you ordered, and they are of the same name, style, color or size, that is, they clearly exceed the needs of the recipient and his family members, then they can be considered as goods for commercial use;

Frequency of shipment of homogeneous goods. If your address regularly receives parcels from the same sender, for example, with cell phones, this is already a reason to suspect you of unofficial commercial activity.

If customs has recognized your parcels as business activity, be prepared for customs clearance fees to be calculated in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On the rates of customs duties for customs clearance of goods.”

So, based on this information, be as honest and prudent as possible and try to use government postal services whenever possible, since customs are not as strict with them as with commercial ones.

We receive the parcel

So, the long-awaited moment - the parcel has successfully cleared customs, and your mailbox has received a notification that you can come and pick up the parcel.

Important point!

When you arrive at the post office, do not immediately sign the proposed receipt, because by putting your signature there, you actually agree that you received the goods in proper form and you have no complaints. First of all, carefully inspect the box for possible defects. Shake it, in general, make a visual assessment of the parcel. If you find that the parcel packaging has been opened, make sure that there is an “opening certificate”.

Open the parcel itself in the presence of a postal employee. If the goods are damaged, and the naked eye can see that this happened during transportation, then do not sign the receipt at all and return the goods to the postal worker. When you arrive home, immediately write to the Seller about this incident and describe the situation in detail. Usually, in such cases, the parcel is returned to the sender, and he himself receives insurance for it and sends you the money spent. This will take approximately one to four months.

If the parcel was delivered directly to your home, carry out the inspection and opening procedure in exactly the same way, and do not sign the receipt prematurely, no matter how indignant the courier may be.

The parcel turned out to be visually intact, and opening it revealed nothing. You brought it home, but upon closer examination it turned out that it was defective. This question especially concerns those who purchase electronics. First, evaluate whose fault this could have happened. If during transportation, then you can’t prove anything, since the receipt is signed. If it is clearly the Seller’s fault, then we immediately sit down to write him a letter. Never give ultimatums or make threats. Just politely and in detail describe the situation that the parcel has been received, but the product does not work and is in unsatisfactory condition, and that you would not like to spoil its high positive rating with a negative review, but this state of affairs does not suit you at all. As a rule, a Seller who values his rating will try to the best of his ability to quickly and calmly resolve all problems. They usually offer to send the parcel back in exchange for a similar, properly working product, or refund the money.

In past years, delivery of goods from eBay was not the most difficult issue for residents of the former USSR. In those days it was legal to register in PayPal Residents of Russia were not allowed to do so; they had to use intermediary companies or pay for goods themselves, constantly waiting for their account to be blocked. After PayPal began to officially work with our fellow citizens and some problems with payment for lots disappeared, and delivery with eBay Along with the honesty of sellers, it has become the main headache of novice eBayers. In a series of articles about delivery from eBay I will try to help you understand all the nuances of different types of delivery, parcel tracking and the many postal operators in the world.

Delivery types from eBay

Before we begin describing the various postal services around the world, I would like to say a few general words about the types of delivery that sellers use to designate the delivery methods they use to send orders. In this regard, sellers are divided into types:

  • sellers indicating the name of the delivery type in accordance with the actual names of the delivery type;
  • sellers distorting the name by giving a generic name.

If in the first case you can easily find information on the type of this item on the website of the corresponding postal operator. In the second case, everything becomes a little more complicated; on the other hand, the seller does this on purpose. To make it easier for the buyer to understand what services the seller promises to provide under these general names. I will give the main types of impersonal types of delivery that sellers offer in the description of their lots:

Economy International Mai l or Economy Shipping– as a rule, this is a small package, usually without the possibility of online tracking (sometimes it is possible to purchase additionally). This type of delivery includes USPS First Mail International.

Standard International Mail or Standard Shipping is the same, but perhaps the seller will provide tracking number free of charge, if nothing is particularly specified in the description of the lot, but if you ask to send the lot with online tracking, some sellers may ask you to pay extra (especially if it is “free shipping”, as I already do, there is no such thing as free shipping).

Expedited Shipping or ExpeditedInternational Mailusually a more reliable and expensive way, again usually, assumes the presence tracking number and even courier delivery. However, if the seller does not offer a cheaper shipping method, this method may not be what you expect.

If the seller does not indicate a specific name, then be sure to ask him to clarify whether online tracking is expected, if not, how much it will cost, etc. After all, after you pay for the goods, and the seller sends it like “ Expedited Shipping » more expensive may not be very reliable and fast.

Please forgive me for being too wary, but there are too many users looking for their parcels (with or without tracking number). I would hate for my readers to join their ranks.

In previous articles about the delivery of international mail and global postal services, you learned:

  • By tracking number‘y, various ways of tracking and searching on the websites of postal operators;
  • How to deliver goods purchased on eBay from abroad;
  • We examined the process of international postal shipments across the territory of Russia;
  • Delivery from the USA using , the article contains a detailed description of the proposed delivery methods, costs and other features, as well as some recommendations.

This article provides information on the most popular eBayers postal operators around the world, as well as services for tracking postal items. Let's start of course with USPS - .

US Postal Service a detailed article “ ” is devoted to the features of tracking and methods of delivering postal items to European countries, including the CIS and Baltic countries. The possibilities of various types of delivery are also considered, such as delivery times, possibilities of receiving tracking number, shipment insurance and the amount of insurance premiums.

When ordering goods from Germany, be sure to check the exact name of the delivery type. If you have any questions, please check with the seller. Do not confuse this postal operator Deutsche Post (DHL ) With DHL Express : for residents of the CIS these are two different organizations. Using Deutsche Post , delivery within the addressee's country will be carried out by the state postal service to the post office. If you use the services DHL Express then the delivery of your shipments will be carried out by this courier organization, which has its own characteristics when passing through customs control of the IPO. I talked more about this process in the article ““

Canada Post – Posts Canada

Canada Post
  • Official website, English version and tracking of postal items from Canada
  • Features of international delivery of items (after loading the page, select the RUSSIAN FEDERATION link or select the name of your country, having previously selected the first letter)
  • Basic methods of sending parcels, small packages and parcels (read the notes carefully)

Canada Post characterized by higher postal rates and slower passage of items compared to USPS , Most types of shipments do not offer online tracking. And express delivery services CanadaPost Xpress International for a number of countries, including Russia and Belarus, are provided only for senders - legal entities, and he must have an agreement with Canada Post about the provision of this service.

China Post is not the fastest postal service in the world, but it can be said that China Post features stable delivery times. The delivery time for a regular small package, regardless of whether it is tracked or not, is approximately 25-30 days. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the number of postal items that come from this country is simply off the charts, and large flows give rise to stability... maybe. I personally believe that a package can more easily get lost on our territory than on the Chinese side.

This article will be devoted to one of the most popular and profitable US auctions for buyers - eBay. Every shopper knows that you can buy everything here - from car spare parts to sneakers, but not everyone knows how to properly and profitably organize delivery from eBay to Russia - that’s what we’ll talk about next.

If anyone doesn't already know, eBay is the world's largest virtual auction where you can buy almost anything. If you couldn't find a product on eBay, then most likely it simply doesn't exist! Here, many sellers from America and all parts of the world offer such a variety of goods that you can study the range of things presented here endlessly.

Today, shopping on eBay is one of the best ways to buy goods from the USA at a minimal cost. Of course, a huge number of sellers are fraught with the risk of facing fraud and the product not conforming to what was declared, but the desire to buy a product inexpensively often outweighs all the risks.

Placing an order from eBay is not that difficult. The main question that arises among Russian buyers is whether it is possible to buy goods on Ebay with delivery to Russia? And is it possible to make shipping cheap and not cost more than the product itself?

Despite the fact that many sellers offer the option of direct shipping to Russia, taking advantage of it is like getting a pig in a poke. Not only can the seller choose an international transport company with prices that are not at all loyal, but no one guarantees that the shipment of the purchased goods will be fast. And you won’t be able to control exactly what you put in your parcels - all the risks in this case fall on your shoulders.

To avoid all of the above troubles, it is better to use the services of a website service. Our service offers assistance in the delivery of goods from eBay and other American trading platforms. With our help, any online store in the USA becomes available to you - you can make purchases on Amazon, 6PM, GAP, Zappos, Ralph Lauren, Aeropostale and other stores of clothing, shoes, children's goods, electronics, cosmetics and much more.

The principle of our work is that we provide the client with a delivery address for your purchases in the USA - the address of our warehouse. Please note that one of the warehouses on the site is located in the completely tax-free state of Delaware, which will allow you to avoid unnecessary expenses in favor of the American treasury when purchasing absolutely any goods. You can order several parcels to our address - they will be stored for free for up to 70 days, and when all purchases arrive at the warehouse, we will combine them into one parcel. At the same time, unnecessary packaging materials such as mountains of cardboard, advertising and foam are removed, thereby reducing the weight of the parcel, and therefore the cost of sending it.

After all purchases have been collected, such a consolidated parcel is sent by the postal service chosen by the client when submitting a shipping request. the site cooperates with companies such as USPS, Boxberry, Qwintry. Each of the services has its own tariffs, but in any case, how much it costs to deliver them from eBay to Russia is determined by the total weight of the parcel.

We also provide additional services that will help reduce the risks of online shopping. For example, we have a paid service of photographing the received product, checking the equipment for inclusion, additional packaging in protective film and/or in a bag.

With these services, you will be absolutely sure that the seller sent you exactly what you ordered and that the goods will arrive safe and sound.

You can also insure your parcel (for some postal services this is mandatory) to protect yourself from wasted money if the item is lost or stolen during shipment.

Having selected the desired product, open the page with its description. The function we need to check the availability of direct delivery from eBay to Russia is located almost at the very top, the picture shows the button we need (clickable link) See details - click on it.

In the new window that opens, in the central column Change country, select (and also check the availability of) Russian Federation, and then click the button - Get Rates (i.e., calculate). And we get the result - direct delivery of the fitness tracker, the weight of which, taking into account the packaging, will be rounded to 1 kg, is equal to $36.50. Agree - quite a lot!

Now let's look at the cost of delivery through our company, enter in
